In the year 1947 - Late Mr. Krishnalal Mehta with his younger brothers Mr. Vasantrai, Mr. Dhirajlal & Late Mr. Kantilal, all four Mehta Brothers started their first business ever and called it ‘Bharat Dairy’ at very small scale.

Presently Mr. Kirit Mehta with his younger brothers Mr. Prakash, Mr. Hitesh, Mr. Prashant and son of Mr. Kirit, Mr.Chirag Mehta (A Dairy Technologist) are the brains behind this professionally run, but the Family owned business with a 62 years history, well experienced and technical background.

Being the contributor of White Revolution of India they soon realized the potential of market.

Mr. Kirit Mehta with his rich and varied 38 year experience in different fields of dairy sector, is controlling the whole Sphurti family & looking after the total administration activities.

Mr. Hitesh Mehta with his critical and analyzing approach for looking at things in a most positive way is involved in marketing and expansion of group.

Mr. Prakash Mehta holds finance portfolio using all the best finance management skills at his disposal.

Mr. Prashant Mehta is looking after production, quality control, distribution areas of the group using his technical skills of production and management.

Mr. Chirag Mehta, A Dairy Technologist, trained in The Netherlands (Holland) for Dairy Husbandry and Milk processing, is taking his efforts in maintaining the product quality, research & development of new products.
